These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FLIKT mobile application ("the App"), operated by Konstantinos Gkitzias, a sole proprietorship based in Athens, Greece.
By downloading, installing, or using FLIKT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FLIKT. Night Mode contains mature moral dilemmas intended for adult audiences — you must be at least 18 years old to access Night Mode. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms.
FLIKT can be played anonymously. An anonymous session identifier is generated automatically. You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google to sync progress across devices. We do not store your passwords.
FLIKT's daily moral dilemmas are generated and curated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. All content undergoes multi-stage review. Scenarios are fictional thought experiments that may involve relationships, money, workplace ethics, social dynamics, and personal values. Night Mode includes more mature themes (18+). The scenarios do not represent the views of FLIKT or its operator.
Consensus percentages reflect actual aggregated player choices. They are descriptive, not prescriptive — they show what people chose, not what they should choose.
Archetypes and the Moral Fingerprint are generated for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not clinical assessments, personality diagnoses, or psychological evaluations.
FLIKT offers a premium subscription with weekly, monthly, and annual tiers. Prices vary by region.
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of all FLIKT+ features. After the trial ends, you will be downgraded to the free tier unless you subscribe.
Billing: All subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel through your device's subscription settings.
Refunds: Must be directed to Apple or Google. We do not process payments directly.

FLIKT, its design, scenarios, share cards, archetype system, and all related content are the intellectual property of Konstantinos Gkitzias. You are granted a limited license to share result cards on social media and messaging platforms for personal (non-commercial) use.
You may stop using FLIKT and delete your data at any time via Settings or by contacting support@flikt.app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
FLIKT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of consensus data, or scientific precision of archetypes. FLIKT is an entertainment product — nothing in the App constitutes legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for FLIKT+ in the 12 months preceding a claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. EU consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
